FAQ – The Cap-Net Campus

How do I change my password?

To change your password, you need to sign out of the Campus. Click the ‘Sign-in’ button in the top-right corner of the site. Click the life saver icon and submit your email-address. This needs to be the same address you used when you signed up. A link will be send to you e-mail address that will take you to a page where you can submit your new password.

If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam folder.

How can I access the module content

By clicking on a file in the sidebar of the module, the document will be opened in your browser. If you wish to download the file to your computer, click the arrow pointing down at the top of the screen.



FAQ – Live Instructor Sessions (Virtual Classroom)

What are Live Instructor Sessions?

Live Instructor Sessions are online interactive sessions in a virtual classroom environment where you can interact with the course instructor and your peers. Typically, there is one instructor-lead session per module.

How do I join Live Instructor Sessions?

If a live session is scheduled for a module, you will find a link to the session in the sidebar of that module.
