    Daniel I totally agree with you. In addition to the technical training, women’s participation needs to be facilitated in many ways in order to make it effective.

    Thank you Vanh for your inputs and for sharing the excellent example from Cambodia. Yes it is extremely important to sensitise the men to understand the needs of the women. If men and women are to work together on decision making bodies there should be support and dialogue between both these groups.
